POLITICAL PREDICTION ....
Zambia Presidential Elections ...

RB mania ...

... Mr Acting Chief Justice clears Mr Acting President and MMD candidate...and even the handshake speaks volumes ... '...RB, you better get that bloody Presidency and get off this acting mode ...
... this is United Party for National Developments (UPND) Hakainde Hichilema, who seems to be giving RB a run for his money. I was looking at some underground 'opinion polls' and HH as they fondly call him is trailing second with 31% of votes cast, after Micheal Sata's 41%... RB the poll says has 25% of the opinion vote !!!!! well well well... anyways, this is Mr HH acknowledging his supporters at the Supreme Court as he makes his 'triumphant' entry ... they all have triumphant entries depending on which angle your look from ...
... HH mania outside the court ... ARRIVAL: Toyota HardBody arrival ...
Now this is Micheal Sata of the Peoples Front Opposition Party which is giving RB sleepless nights. Micheal, with no known pet name, always seems to be brushing with the wrong side of the law, as most opposition party chiefs all over Africa encounter. My recollection reminds me when he entered a state funeral venue in one of the provinces to 'again' bid farewell to Mwanawasa only to find himself being forcefully ejected from the area by none other than Widowed former First lady Mama Maureen Mwananwasa .... Here Mr. Sata argues with a cop after his supporters were refused entry into the Supreme Court area on his big day last week ...
... Sata and wifey, atop a 'speed boat', the party symbol, making the usual not so much triumphant entry at the Supreme Court ... Kenya's current Prime Minister once arrived driving a tractor, his one time National Development Party party symbol.... Tinga...the things our politicians do to get votes ....esh ARRIVAL: Speed Boat
lock down ... you already know who supporters these are behind 'bars' .... Sata's?
...all formal formal with Mr. acting Chief Justice. watch the cops in the background, probably 'planted by government' to 'spy' on his papers .... lol
pix by Richard Mulonga, Zambia's leading paparazzi .... lol... thanks bro.

Raila in Dar....
Zuma's SA...
Jacob Zuma or Kgalema Motlanthe... WHOSE REALLY IN CHARGE OF SOUTH AFRICA?Jacob Zuma (left), President of the all powerful African National Congress (ANC), the party of Tata Mkulu Nelson Madiba Mandela and Kgalema Motlanthe (right) ANC's Deputy President and staunch Zuma ally and now most recently, actually from yesterday, President of the Republic of South Africa!
So the ultimate question begs for an answer. Who is really calling the shots in South Africa at the moment? Zuma or his pal Kgalema, who is warming the seat for his party boss till 2009???? I just loved that coup de tat on Mbeki et al and the way one mans ambition determines the lives of millions in his country and on the continent ... With no apologies though, Zuma rocks why lie!!!!! When i grow up i want to be Zuma...lol

By the threads.....
Jacob Zuma and Thabo Mbeki....
CHECK AND MATE ....AS THABO MBEKI IS FORCED TO RESIGN....
... you see I just love this man called Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma. Titles include former South African deputy President, acquitted rapist and current President of one of Africa's most powerful political mass movement called the African National Congress. Also called JZ (Jay Z? sounds familiar...), this man's political scheming and mobilization tactics simply impress me. He always seems to get what he wants this most prominent Zulu politician. Whether you are a hot chick in his stable, or your political seat that will deliver him the country's Presidency, or the trashing of a corruption charge against him .... he just gets what he wants....
So when Zuma checks and mates his opponents at will he often gyrates to soulful Zulu rhythms...this man loves life to the fullest. And neither a corruption scandal, nor a rape charge nor a sitting Republic President will stop him from ascending to the most powerful political office in the land. It's his birth right and he will win...Talk to Thabo Mbeki, whom Zuma has humiliated after forcing his erstwhile colleague to resign as SA President, and he will not have the nicest of words for his Party Boss! Now Thabo, who arrogance and ill political moves have cost him the Party seat and Country Presidency will have to eat humble pie, as he ready's himself to be consigned to the annuls of African Political History......
Tanzania Out of Big Brother Africa 3
Tanzania's beautiful and sassy Latoya was evicted out of the just begun Big Brother Africa 3 challenge in SA, that country whose ruling party boss has the power to force the sitting Presidents resignation!
Anyway, back to BBA 3 ... Tanzania out ... and what a big disappointment especially after Tanzania's last rep Mwisho Mwampambe's win! Spaces to watch...my take and i may be wrong ... Zimbabwe or Ghana ... but again its too early in the game ....

Verdict on Kenya Elections.....
PICTURESPEAKFLAWED THROUGH AND THROUGH...
The verdict: Flawed through and through. And I guess that why Kenya's Prime Minister Raila Odinga, left in the picture is not smiling AT ALL while the duly elected president Kibaki is...well, you guessed it!!
Telling the two Kenyan politicians to their faces on the steps of the Office of The President Harambee House where their Grand Coalition Government deal was sealed, Judge Kriegler says: "Even if you wanted a re-tallying of the results, still you won’t have sorted out the mess. It would have been impossible to tell who won or who lost between the two of you. The decision to work together was the best for this country. "
As the Kriegler Independent Review Commission (IREC) handed over its 117-page report to the President, and called for major reforms in the electoral system, the team recommended the immediate overhaul of the Electoral Commission of Kenya.
The flawed elections touched off unprecedented violence, leading to the killing of over 1,000 people and the displacement of more than 350,000 others. ,
Speaking after receiving the report, President Kibaki and PM Raila promised to ensure all recommendations are implemented. Said Raila: "It is not foolish to make a mistake. But it is only a fool who repeats a mistake."
